New Updates By Tite Kubo on Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War
During a Q&A in his official fan club "Klub Outside" on Monday, Feb 7, 2022, Bleach creator Tite Kubo disclosed two key details about the upcoming Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War anime.
In the Q&A, he responded to two questions, one of which was who cut Rukia from behind during the initial Quincy Invasion. The author stated that fans should keep a watch on the Final arc to get answers to such questions. He is collaborating with Studio Perriot to fill in the blanks in the manga that he wasn't able to address. As a result, Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War anime viewers can expect new content in the anime.
Kubo has also hinted to the adaptation of several of his spin-off manga series. He notably referenced Bleach: We Do Knot Always Love You, as possibly getting an anime version.
These adaptation selections, however, are heavily influenced by audience reaction to the future arc. The novels might not be adapted if Thousand-Year Blood War is not well-received.
The anime will premiere as a television anime in October 2022, according to the Jump Festa '22 Bleach panel event in December 2021. The event also stated that the adaptation will continue till the end of the original manga.
